Charisma Court is not yet an NFPA-recognized Firewise USA® site. The steps below are what it takes to get there — and every hour residents log now counts toward the first application.
Recognized communities get a signed NFPA certificate — many homeowner insurance carriers offer discounts to residents who can produce one. That certificate will appear on this page once Charisma Court is recognized.
Done some clearing, gutter work, or a chipper day?
Charisma Court stays recognized only if residents log their work — one hour per home per year. It takes two minutes, and your community is already filled in for you.
